"Sister of Mrs. Albert Zacha of Altamont Answers Final Summons at Home of Her Son, at Ramsey - Born in Shelbyville, Illinois in 1852 - Husband and Seven Children Survive.

Mary Ann Younger was born in Shelbyville, Illinois on March 27, 1852 and departed this life at the home of her son Fred Yunker, near Ramsey, on May 25, 1924. When she was ten years of age she moved with her parents to Moccasin, at which place she grew to womanhood.

Miss Younger was united in marriage to John Yunker on October 30, 1872. To this union were born thirteen children, six of whom preceded her to the Great Beyond. She leaves to mourn her departure, in addition to the husband, five sons and two daughters, namely, Fred of Ramsey; Richard of Herrick; Charles of Windsor; Lyman of Ramsey; Willis of Centralia; Mrs. Elizabeth Stretch of El Reno, Oklahoma; Mrs. Rosa Salmons of Brownstown. In addition there are thirty five grand and one great grand child and three brothers and two sisters, as follows: Fred Younger of Moccasin, Charles Younger of Moccasin, George Younger of Nebraska, Mrs. N. Patterson of Moccasin, Mrs. Albert Zacha of Altamont.

Following funeral services from Ramsey on Wednesday of last week, the form was brought to Pleasant Grove Cemetery, near Moccasin, for internment."
